As part of the development of the AMC Empire 25 complex, Forest City Ratner moved the Empire Theatre 168 feet west toward Eighth Avenue.

New 42 powers two distinctive signature projects. The New Victory Theater is dedicated to arts programming for youth and educators, offering enriching experiences and valuable resources. Similarly, New 42 Studios, home of The Duke on 42nd Street, provides essential space rentals to support artists and foster new ideas in the arts.
